CreditDesk processes order, company and buyer contact data from your Shopify store solely to provide credit control, accounts receivable reporting and collections on your behalf.
We collect the minimum necessary: buyer name, email, company, and order/payment amounts. We do not store card or bank details; payments are handled by Shopify or Stripe on their hosted pages.
Data is deleted 30 days after uninstall, immediately upon a shop redaction request from Shopify, and buyer data is removed or anonymised on customer redaction requests.
