CreditDesk is a tool that sends communications and applies checkout rules configured by you, the merchant, under your name. You are responsible for the content of reminder emails, the legality of any late fees you configure, and the credit decisions you make.
CreditDesk never holds or disburses funds. App fees are billed through Shopify.
